If you have private insurance, when your physician writes a prescription for POGO Automatic Test Cartridges, you will pay no more than $49.99 for up to 100 tests per prescription.* Also, when your physician writes a prescription for the POGO Automatic Monitor, you will receive it at no cost at a participating pharmacy (limit 1 per person per 12-month period).

If you do not have insurance, you can save on the regular retail price of POGO Automatic Test Cartridges with a prescription at participating pharmacies pay no more than $64 for up to 100 tests per prescription.

If you are insured by Medicare, Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, Medigap, VA, DOD Tricare, or any other government-run or government-sponsored healthcare program with insurance coverage, you ARE NOT eligible to participate. Offer void in states where prohibited.

For each prescription, you are responsible for any remaining balance after the discount is applied, plus any additional taxes and fees. Some insurers may offer a lower-cost option.

To take advantage of the offer to receive a POGO Automatic Monitor at no cost and/or pay only $49.99 for up to 100 tests, you must have a valid prescription from a licensed healthcare provider, have private health insurance, and fill your prescription at a participating pharmacy (limit 1 per person per 12-month period).

If you do not have private insurance, you can use the savings card to save on the regular retail price of POGO Automatic Test Cartridges with a prescription at participating pharmacies, but you are not eligible for a no-cost monitor.

If you do not have insurance, you can save on the regular retail price of POGO Automatic Test Cartridges at participating pharmacies–pay no more than $64 for up to 100 tests per prescription.

You can fill your prescriptions for a POGO Automatic Monitor and/or Cartridges at select CVS Pharmacy, Kroger, and Walgreens locations. If POGO Automatic Monitors and/or Cartridges are not available at your local CVS Pharmacy, Kroger, and Walgreens, you can ask the pharmacist to order them for you. Other pharmacies coming soon.

No. There is no charge for activating your POGO Automatic Prescription Savings Card. You are responsible to pay any costs for your POGO Automatic Test Cartridges that exceed the discount offered by the POGO Automatic Prescription Savings Program for each prescription.

Saving on your next POGO Automatic Test Cartridges prescription and/or Monitor prescription is easy. If you already have a POGO Automatic Prescription Savings Card, you just have to present it to your pharmacist along with your valid prescription.

If you don?t have a POGO Automatic Prescription Savings Card just yet, all you have to do is download your POGO Automatic Prescription Savings Card and present it at a participating pharmacy along with a valid prescription. (You can either present a printout of the card or show it on your mobile phone.) There are no forms to fill out, and if you are eligible the offer will be honored by your participating pharmacy.
