How much does shipping cost?
We are happy to offer our customers FREE standard shipping for all purchases within the contiguous United States. Delivery days include Monday through Saturday.
How long does shipping take?
We know you want your product fast, so we will work hard to ship orders quickly!
Once your order is placed at the POGO Store, the order is registered in our system. At this time, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email provides your order number and a summary of the items you ordered and delivery address. The order is then sent to and processed by our fulfillment center.
After processing, the ordered product for shipping, you will receive a shipment confirmation. The shipment confirmation email includes the order number, products shipped and tracking number. You can click the tracking number to track your package. Finally, when the order is delivered, you will receive a delivery confirmation email.
Note:
- Our fulfillment centers process orders Monday-Friday
- Orders placed after 12PM PST Monday-Thursday will be processed the following business day
- Orders placed after 12PM PST Friday-Sunday will be processed the following business day
- Orders will not be processed on United States National Holidays
- We are unable to reship packages that are returned to us by the carrier. Please consider this when entering your shipping address.
- Shipments are not insured, and no signature is required, so please track your shipment with the tracking number emailed to you.
Where do we ship?
We can ship your order within the contiguous United States. We currently do not ship orders internationally.
APO / FPO / DPO Military Addresses
POGO proudly ships to APO/FPO/DPO addresses within the Armed Forces Americas.
Make sure you include the unit and box numbers, for APO/FPO/DPO shipping addresses (if assigned). To prevent mail from entering foreign mail networks, do not include city or country names in APO/FPO/DPO shipping addresses. Here are some examples:
